The Three Suggested Steps
Our process is designed to be simple, structured, and efficient.
1. Quick Check-In
Attendees arrive at the headshot station and are guided through a brief and organized check-in process.
2. Professional Capture
Each participant is photographed using studio lighting with guided posing to achieve a confident and natural expression.
Sessions are efficient and typically take under two minutes.
3. Image Delivery
Images are delivered digitally after the event, with options for expedited turnaround when needed.
Each headshot station photographs approximately 22–28 attendees per hour.
Depending on the size of your event, multiple stations can be deployed to ensure a smooth experience and manageable flow throughout the day.
This allows the headshot studio to integrate naturally into conferences of various sizes, from focused corporate meetings to large-scale conventions.
